I am a licensed therapist and certified perinatal mental health specialist. My personal and professional experiences have shown me there is a dire need for us to come together and relearn what it means when we say "it takes a village" to bear and raise a child. I want to be a part of your support system to ensure confidence in yourself, remove the guilt and actually enjoy the experience of parenting. Our process

Beyond formal education and training, being a perinatal mental health therapist requires a deep capacity for empathy, compassion, and nonjudgmental support. I create a safe and trusting space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to pregnancy, childbirth, parenting and beyond.

As a perinatal mental health therapist, I play a role in advocating for improved access to mental health care, reducing stigma surrounding perinatal mental health issues, and promoting awareness of the importance of emotional well-being during pregnancy and postpartum. This may involve teaching my client the importance of self-advocating and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure the best access to mental and physical health on the journey through parenthood.
